Ordering
Orders are only taken for delivery within the United Kingdon. There are several ways you can order our "buzz & Matilda" products:
Website
Ordering from the "buzz & Matilda" website could not be easier. Simply select the product you want by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button next to the product. Each time you add an item, you will be taken to a page showing you what products you currently have in your shopping basket. You then have the choice to "Add" or "Remove" products from your basket, "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to "Checkout". When you have selected all the items you want to order, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom right of the screen for payment. You will then be taken to our secure online credit or debit card facility - PayPal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted – you do not need a PayPal account to use this service and it is free, secure and easy to use. Payment will be debited from your account before we dispatch your purchase.
E-mail
Send an email to buzzandmatilda@yahoo.co.uk, including your name, contact information and products you wish to order. Once the e-mail has been received a confirmation e-mail will be sent requesting for a cheque to be posted to the below address. Once the cheque has been received we will dispatch the goods, with an invoice, within 5-7 working days.
Telephone
We can take orders by telephone. Just call 01666 861247 and we will be delighted to help. When you have made the order we will inform you of the total cost and ask that a cheque for the full amount is posted to the address below. Once the cheque has been received we will dispatch the goods, with an invoice, within 5-7 working days.
Post
Post your order, along with contact details, including a cheque for the full amount to the address below. Once the cheque has been received we will dispatch the goods, with an invoice, within 5-7 working days.

Christmas
Please place any Christmas orders early as this is a particularly busy time of year. This will ensure you receive your product in time for Christmas Day.
Delivery
We only deliver products within the United Kingdom and all products are sent by Royal Mail. Standard delivery is normally within 5-7 working days. If you would like your order sooner, please contact buzzandmatilda@yahoo.co.uk or call us on 01666 861247 to discuss your requirements.
Out of Stock Products
If a product happens to be out of stock, delivery may be delayed, in some cases up to 28 days. If your item cannot be delivered within 5-7 working days, we will inform you via email to discuss any options.
Postage
The website will automatically calculate postage charges during the checkout process. Postage and Packaging will be charged on the following scale:
Orders up to and including £25.00 = £4.95
Orders up to and including £75.00 = £1.95
Orders over £75.00 = FREE
