Products

All toys on this website are manufactured to the highest standards and carry CE approval.  By displaying the CE standard mark, you can be assured that our toys have all been thoroughly tested for safety and that they all comply with the relevant safety standards.  All handmade products are made from quality materials and go through a strict scrutiny process before they are made available for sale.  On occasion the colour or shade of some items may vary from those displayed.  All products will remain the property of “buzz & Matilda” until payment is received in full.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly provide a replacement or refund, if the products are returned within 14 days.  All we ask is that the products are returned in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging.  Please call us on 01666 861247 and we will advise you how to return your product.

Please obtain proof of posting when returning products as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach us.  We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the products are faulty.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect your name and address details so that the products you purchase can be sent to you.  We would only ever use your details to contact you about any special offers which we may have, or new items we think you may be interested in. The details you provide us with will NEVER be passed on to any third party.

Security

The security of your details are paramount to us at “buzz & Matilda”.  Our Shopping Cart and Payment Processor, PayPal, use Encrypted Data Transfer. This means that any sensitive information you send to their servers is encrypted in transit and cannot be seen by anyone. The appearance of the padlock icon at the bottom of the window shows a legitimately determined secure system.
